The Domica rental agencies are located in various large and medium-sized cities throughout the Netherlands and our rental agents have excellent knowledge of all neighborhoods and developments in their region. They have a large network, know many landlords personally and have a good knowledge of the local rental market.
Extra service
Register at Domica; your registration is only valid at the Domica location you indicate. You can always register for multiple locations or check the offers yourself on this website. With a (one time) registration you will be the first to receive our current offer by e-mail, you can indicate your housing wishes and you will have priority for viewings.

Domica rental process
Cancellation
Are you currently renting a home through one of our Domica offices and are you moving? Please contact your own Domica office by e-mail. Always take your notice-period into account. You can find this in your rental agreement and usually it concerns one full calendar month after any fixed rental period.
How does cancellation work?
- You have cancelled the rental of your home in writing, by e-mail at your own Domica office.
- You will receive a confirmation - only then the rental termination will be official and approved.
- You will be contacted by Domica about a preliminary and final inspection.
- The preliminary inspection will take place.
- The final inspection will take place - we receive your keys.
- If the rented home is in good condition (no defects) we will return your deposit.
