Domica Nederland started in 2012 with several offices throughout the Netherlands. Quality, reliability and transparency are important values at Domica. Our franchisees continuously expand their rental and management portfolio. They have a large network and they have an excellent knowledge of the (local) regional rental market. In October 2019, a new franchisor has taken over the Domica franchise organization. Since then, the focus has been on national marketing, even better quality of service, central management customers and good and concrete support for franchisees. This way all rental agents can concentrate on their specialty; renting out houses for landlords/owners, finding suitable tenants, management of homes and helping people to find a suitable home.
